• Orders shipped to the United States usually arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

🌍 For International Customers

• Orders are checked and packed within 5 business days.

• You will receive an email if any product is out of stock.

• International delivery generally takes 7–28 business days, depending on destination.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Options

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. The cost and estimated delivery time are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Note: Shipping rates for remote or hard-to-reach locations will be automatically calculated at checkout based on logistics and distance.

🧾 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We currently cover all customs duties and fees for orders shipped to:
USA, Germany, France, UK, Canada, Italy, Australia, Spain, Israel, Mexico, New Zealand.

For other countries:

• We will do our best to minimize customs duties and import fees.

• However, if such duties, taxes, or fees are incurred, they will be the responsibility of the customer.

• Customs authorities require us to declare the value of your order directly on the package.

• We are not responsible for undelivered packages if the recipient refuses to pay customs duties or taxes.

📦 Delivery Policy

• We cannot refund or replace any packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, complete, and secure.

• Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses can only be resent once received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

If you notice an error in your order details, please contact us immediately at fhncun3362@hotmail.com with your order number and corrected information before your order is shipped.

In rare cases, customers may need to pick up their order from their local post office.
Please note:

• We cannot issue refunds for packages refused or uncollected by the recipient.

• Since we ship internationally, packages will not be returned to our warehouse.
